Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement. Use an email you control and protect your devices, sign-in codes and provider credentials. You are responsible for actions you authorize. Trials are up to seven days and depend on eligibility checks; you can ask for review of a decision.

Licenses and payments

The website offers a one-time $12.99 USD lifetime license for the sideloaded Android app, subject to the price and applicable taxes shown at checkout. Lifetime means the license has no recurring fee or preset expiry; it does not promise that hosted services, third-party services, every future feature or compatibility will be available forever. Existing purchases are not retroactively narrowed by this policy.

AI-provider usage, hosting and other third-party charges are separate. A trial or license does not include paid AI tokens. Purchase confirmation comes from verified payment records, not a redirect alone. Store editions may have different availability and purchase terms; the website purchase is not a claim of Google Play approval.

For website purchases, we offer a refund request window of 14 days after purchase through billing support. Include the purchasing email and receipt reference, never full card details. Approved refunds revoke the corresponding paid entitlement. This voluntary window does not limit statutory remedies for defective goods or other mandatory consumer rights. Purchases through a third-party store follow its refund process and applicable law.

Your work, AI and external tools

You retain your rights to your projects and input. You give us only the permission needed to process content for features you use and provide support. You are responsible for having the necessary rights to files and content you submit. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses.

AI output may be inaccurate, unsafe or infringing. Review generated code and commands before running or distributing them. Do not rely on output as professional legal, medical or financial advice. External providers have their own terms. Terminal commands and phone automation can change or delete data; make backups and grant only the permissions needed for a task.

Acceptable use

Do not use Polariton to access systems or data without authorization, distribute malware, commit fraud, exploit or sexualize children, threaten or harass people, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, or bypass service safeguards. Security research must be authorized. You can report harmful AI output through the in-app report control or support. We may restrict access to address abuse or legal requirements; you may contact us to contest a restriction.

Availability, deletion and legal rights

Polariton is early-access software. Features may change and outages may occur. Keep independent backups. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You can stop using the app and request account deletion. Deletion and refunds are separate processes. Our privacy policy and retention policy explain data handling. We will date changes to these terms and give notice of material changes through the website or app. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply; these terms impose no compulsory arbitration or waiver of those protections.
