Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Polariton account and associated personal data here, without reinstalling or opening the Android app.
Send a verified request
- Open your account in this browser and sign in using the email or Google identity associated with Polariton.
- Choose Request account deletion in Your account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm the request. A success message means your request was recorded, not that deletion is complete.
In the app, you can also use Settings → Account → Request account deletion.
Cannot sign in?
Use the account-deletion contact form. Include the account email and a reply address you control. We will verify ownership before deleting data. A support message alone does not prove ownership. Do not send passwords, email codes, API keys, card numbers or identity documents through this form.
What happens next
A verified in-account request signs out current sessions and removes active web-relay records immediately. We review the account and aim to finish within 30 days, notifying you of completion or explaining a necessary extension. Do not assume deletion is complete until confirmed. Sign-in again does not automatically cancel a pending request; contact us if you change your mind.
Fulfillment removes the account profile, email association, authentication records, device/trial associations, promotion records, relay data and linked support content, except limited records subject to the retention rules below. Paid accounts and administrative-security records need additional manual review; they can still submit a request.
What may remain
Limited transaction records may be retained under our seven-year accounting policy, or for the period required by applicable law or an unresolved dispute. Necessary security/legal records are restricted and reviewed, not retained as a reason to keep your whole account active. We may keep a completion receipt without your account/contact/device identifiers. Backups and processor logs expire under their respective lifecycles. See the full retention policy.
Local phone projects, exported files and copies held by independently chosen AI or build providers are not removed by deleting your Polariton account. Clear app storage or remove local files separately and use those providers' deletion controls.
Licenses, refunds and subscriptions
Deletion ends account-based access and promotions. It is not a refund request and does not itself cancel an external subscription. Tell us about any subscription so it can be addressed during review. Save any purchase receipt you may need; any later restoration requires separate ownership verification. You do not have to make a purchase or reinstall the app to request deletion. For a refund, use billing support; statutory rights are unaffected.
